1. Services Provided

Move Indy offers moving, packing, storage, cleaning, and junk removal services. All services are subject to availability and are provided based on the details agreed upon in your booking.

2. Booking and Payments

• Quotes: All quotes are estimates and may vary based on the final scope of work.

• Payment: Payment is due as specified in your agreement. We accept cash or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled move to avoid fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your move, including the size, location, and special requirements.

• Ensure all items are properly packed and ready for transport (unless you’ve booked packing services).

• Be present during the move or designate an authorized representative.

4. Liability and Insurance

• Damage Claims: Move Indy is not liable for damage caused by improper packing or items not packed by our team. Claims must be reported within 30 days of your move.

• Valuation: We offer valuation options for additional coverage. Please review your options during booking.

5. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials & liquids (e.g., chemicals, explosives, cleaning supplies, etc.).

• Perishable goods.

• Pets.

• House plants.

• Valuables such as cash, jewelry, and important documents (we recommend transporting these yourself).

6. Website Use

• Content: All content on our website is owned by Move Indy and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• User Conduct: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt its functionality.

7. SMS Terms & Conditions

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories in this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. End users can opt out of receiving further messages by replying STOP or ask for more information by replying HELP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Move Indy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
