We also offer labor-only services for those needing help loading or unloading PODS & UHauls. We will also help with internal moves within your home or office.
We offer low flat-fee moving service for small jobs within Indianapolis (1 or 2 items). Please contact us to receive a quote for flat-fee services. We may require a picture or description of the item(s).
We provide HOURLY SERVICE for local moves. We have competitive hourly rates and low hourly minimums. The billable time does not start until we arrive at your 1st location! It ends when we finish unloading at your final destination.
Pittsboro residents value honesty, and so do we. That’s why our pricing model is crystal clear from the start. You pay a flat travel fee, plus hourly labor. Billing is in 15-minute increments after a 2-hour minimum, so you’re only paying for the time you use.

PRICING GUIDE for LOCAL HOURLY MOVING SERVICES
Intrastate, interstate and flat-fee moves are priced differently. Please contact the office for pricing questions.
Move Indy believes in simple and transparent pricing.
Our billing consists of only 2 components: a flat travel charge + the hourly labor.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we charge a 3% processing fee.
There are no additional fees or surprise charges…EVER!
Travel Charge
The travel charge covers ALL expenses associated with getting our truck(s) & crew to/from your job. The travel charge is a flat rate, based on your origin & destination locations.
Local Moves
Hourly labor charges begin when our crew arrives at the job. The hourly rate is charged for the time spent loading & unloading, as well as travel time between your locations.
Deposit
We charge a small deposit to hold your spot on our calendar. Deposits are applied towards the total cost of your move. A standard deposit is $100 per truck per day.
